command at!unlock="A710" doesn't work

Hello,
I have a problem. I wanted to upgrade the firmware of the WP7102 in Windows 7 to the version 06.03.17.00.
I followed all the steps in the documentation: legato.io/legato-docs/14_07/ … 14_07.html
I can run the .exe file and upgrade the firmware and the “ati” and “at!gstatus?” commands work. But the MODE is always “LOW POWER MODE” and when I type in "at!unlock=“A710” as described in the documentation there always appears an ERROR.
I don’t know what I did wrong.

I am not sure if it will work. But can you try to run AT!ENTERCND=“A710” instead of the AT!UNLOCK command.

Thanks for the reply!
I asked a FAE and he helped me a lot. I had to change the password of my device, because it wasn’t set to “A710” by default and I needed him to change it because I don’t have the permission to do it.
