+CMS ERROR: 350

If we attach manually to UTRAN technology

AT+COPS=1,2,20205,2

Then the messages work fine

AT+COPS=1,2,20205,2

OK

Hello
+CMGS: 122

The SIM is fine as it works with HL7648RD, HL6528RD modems with the same commands.

if we select UTRAN then there is no fallback in 2G if there is no network in the area so it is not a good workaround.

With another provider’s SIM COSMOTE which is Deutche Telecom it works fine attaching to E-UTRAN.

We think it is a firmware issue related to the provider.

Ideas ?

thanks

Hi @hkiol,

Try typing AT+CGSMS=3 and resend the SMS.

Thanks,

The problem was operator service related with 4G services under the specific contract, we tried another Vodafone SIM and it worked. Thanks.
