From time to time after device reset I get “+CME ERROR: 13”. Here is a log of messages after “AT+CFUN=1” command:

What does this mean? And what can I do with this?

Hiya,

The list of CME error codes is in one of the appendices in the firmware AT document.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to go digging through either Developer Studio help system, or through the install directory looking for the document. Do a search for *.pdf and look for something like AT commands guide.

I’ve seen this document, it gives no useful information regarding this error. “SIM failure”. What kind of failure? What causes it, under what conditions it appears? Should I simply ignore it? Or is it something important? My SIM is incompatible with the modem? Why it appears only occasionally? Etc.
