BX3105 - How to update latest firmware in BX3105 evk kit using AT command

HI I am using BX3105 evk for prototype purpose. but I am facing some issues in BX3105:

  1. Module is not responding the AT commands.
  2. Firmware is very old , SO i want to update firmware through AT command.
  3. So, Please advise how to update firmware in BX3105.

Any help for above points.
