I am using BC127 with firmware Melody Audio V5.0 RC11 .Can anyone help me out how to enable AT command in bc127 .

Unsure what you mean by “enable AT command”.
You need to use a terminal program to communicate with BC127, once the connection is properly setup (correct port number and baud rate) you can send AT commands to BC127.
