Battery back Q24Plus RAM?

Hi,
I am new to wavecom products, here is a question:

My application needs about 1Mbyte data storage. Q24Plus has UP TO 1.2Mbyte flash memory for data storage, but I am also thinking that if we can battery back the RAM, so the RAM can be used as data storage as well.

Is it possible? and how :question: :question:

I think you can not use RAM as flash by using battery backup. It does not make sure that the CPU have never turn off, it can occur whenever have an malfunction or power supply off or upgrade embedded, firmware. So at that time, RAM will be reset …
