Yes it’s explained in the manual but, not enough.
I mean that i don’t know what is the values that can be considered as good.

You should’ve made that clear in the original question, then! 8)

There is no simple answer to this - “your mileage may vary”, as the Americans say…

The Fastrack User Guide says

You should check the documentation for the particular product that you are using - performance may vary?

Also, SMS tends to cope with far lower levels than Data or Voice calls; I don’t know about GPRS.
