AT Command password on EM7565

I am unable to operate the AT command on EM7565.
For example, if I try AT!CUSTOM=“WAKEHOSTEN”,3 it outputs ERROR.
It seems these commands need password and I don’t it.

How do I get password for AT commands? The spec says, I should contact Sierra Wireless Account Manager.
How do I contact them?
