Antenna selection in RC76xx

Hi,

For external antenna selection, in Sierra documents, it is mentioned that we need to unallocate the GPIOs (28-31) with at command +wiocfg, if we want to use them for antenna selection. With this I am able to set the desired setting for a band of interest with !antsel. I get an OK response from AT command, but I dont see the setting reflect on my GPIO pins. I am now wondering if there is any other setting required for GPIO pins, for it to work?

So, in +wiocfg, what should the values of the last five fields be set to, for !antsel settings to reflect properly on the GPIO pins?

gpio number, func, direction, state,pull , trigger, interval

At the moment, I am here:

+WIOCFG: 28,2,0,0,1,0,0
+WIOCFG: 29,2,0,0,1,0,0
+WIOCFG: 30,2,0,0,1,0,0
+WIOCFG: 31,2,0,0,1,0,0

at!antsel?
BAND 1: 1, 1, 0, 1

Conflicts :

OK

@saim

The easiest thing to do is just an antenna that meets all of your band requirements. This functionality is a hang over from customers such as PC OEM’s who want to be able to swtich antenna’s for a multitude of different reasons.
