ALMS - Segregation of Systems for Admins

I’m not sure where to start so I guess I’ll start here–I use ALMS to manage a fleet of devices, but have a need for another administrator to be able to manage a subset of the ones I can manage. Essentially I need to be a super-admin who can manage all, but need other users to only administer systems in their region and not accidentally disturb systems from a different region.

Is there a way to accomplish this exactly or approximately?
