AirLink LX40 grounding when powered with PoE

Hi all!
Have some concerns regarding grounding of a LX40 router in an industrial environment.
Manual states:
“Sierra Wireless strongly recommends that you always ground the chassis using the
grounding point”
We are supplying power via PoE (only connection to router).
The Ethernet socket seems plastic, so no grounding via Ethernet shield.
What would be recommended grounding point?
