WP7605 with R13.3

Want to build yocto file by using below file:

Yocto :
https://downloads.sierrawireless.com/AirPrime/WP76xx/Release13.3/Legato-Dist-Source-mdm9x28-SWI9X07Y_02.28.03.05.tar.bz2

toolchain :
poky-swi-ext-glibc-x86_64-meta-toolchain-swi-armv7a-neon-toolchain-swi-SWI9X07Y_02.28.03.05.sh

Can any one tell me How can I build yocto file and what I need to install before build ??

you should use R13.3.1: (SWI9X07Y_02.28.04.02 Yocto Source)
