We had to upgrade +40 XM1210 modules using the GNSS Tool. It worked fine in most of them but 5 modules are bricked now. The update was interrupted and now they don’t respond. Is there any method to recover them?

Currently, the XM1210 has reached its End of Life (EOL). In this case, it’s best for you to send an email to technical support at support@sierrawireless.com for assistance.
