WP76XX Hardware - 32.768KHz (Sleep Clock)

Is the Sleep Clock (32.768KHz) always available, and, if so, what is its accuracy? I am trying to use it as a reference to other RF sub-systems on the board, and also keep the RTCs embedded in the other chips all synchronized. In RF applications the accuracy of this clock (in PPM) is important.
