For windows, go to control panel → Network and sharing Center → change adapter setting → find the ethernet icon with “Ethernet” which is the Sierra wireless ECM interface-> right click → property → click the properties of "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → set the IP address to 192.168.2.3, subnet mask to be 255.255.255.0
