WMOD2 - storing PIN-code on modem

Hello!

I am using a WMOD2 modem to send sms. In case of an power failure I want the modem to dial into the network automatically when it becomes powered on. Therefore I need to store the PIN-code on the device. I didnt find any AT command to configure it like this. Is there any possibility to do so?

You would have to create an Open-AT application to do that

(assuming that the WMOD2 supports Open-AT…)

Hello awneil,

I found out that its possible to deactivate the PIN request directly on the SIM-card using a standard mobile phone. So the problem is solved.

So you are a little bit lucky, because not everey sim card support no-pin mode.
