Windows exception error while linking in RTE mode

Hi all,

Please can anyone help, I am trying to produce my own application but when I build and/or re-build the application I receive a windows exception error relating to the linking stage and the file ld.exe (see attached).

I got this as well for the QueryApp application in RTE mode - a fix would be nice :wink:

Thanks for that mishac, I’m glad its not just me who is having trouble. Do you or anyone know of a work around?

Try replacing the executable ld.exe with the one found in the package binutils-2.17.50-20060824-1.tar.gz.

I have done this, and not seen this problem since!

I am having SERIOUS doubts about the quality of wavecom …

Firstly regarding basic problems with the SDK (such as this)

Secondly regarding the forum - I just lost my (rather lengthy) response for the second time by hitting the preview button.

Development timescales are tight enough without having to fight problems like these :angry:
