When wp7502 return from sleep i see reboot system

I use Wp7502 + legato 20.04.
When wp7502 return from sleep i see reboot system.
app stop devMode

1 I see a consumption of about 100 - 130mA. i ping modem.
2 then there is a decrease in consumption to 70MA. i not ping modem.
3 After some time, the processor returns to the consumption of 100 - 110 MA.
and then the system is rebooted.

How to fix it?
For what reason can I observe this behavior?

Probably not enough current and the system is not stable.
