Dear All,
I ma using Q2687RD modules, i have enable both (UART1&2), when no data reception on both the uart port , module resets exactly at 10 minutes from restart, when there is a data on any uart it will work without any problems…
Kindly suggest what could be the problem…

What’s the “data reception” mentioned? Is it running in CSD/GPRS data mode or with OpenAT running?
What’s the baud rate configured?
Can you also test with latest FW?

below is the uart configuration on both the UART’s
9600,8,1,N ; we are using uart for analyzing external data( ascii format) with Open AT running,
i have tested with 7.47 version firmware;
Problem still persist …
