synchornizing Watchdog Timer

Is it possible to sync. to Watch dog timer. Can I get the state of Watchdog timer counter?

If it is, i can run processes up to 8 seconds.

I am also intrested in this question.

Is there any way to reset the Watch dog timer or to call Yield() function
to tell the OS that we are a live ant runing???

This is very important question on Q24 and Q26…
