some issue with Sierra MC8790V channels

hello,
until now I have used the modem channels as Data=5,Info=3
today I bought 15 units of it - and I can’t reach to this channels . only up to channel 3,otherwise it said no such channel!
so I config : Data=3 , Info=2.

why is it ? I have the latest firmware to this modem

I guess you are talking about the enumerated port on USB…
Actually different module/SKU will have different configuration, better check with the distributor and ask them properly reconfigure for you.
