Sierra wireless and Semtech

Hello,

On the https://www.sierrawireless.com/ website, there is a LoRa section. When I click on it, it redirects to SemTech’s website. What is the relationship between SemTech and Sierra, and it seems like their products use different technologies than Sierra’s?
I’m not sure if this is the right forum to inquire about SemTech
