Normally, the module will report this message regularly, but currently the module does not report it regularly. sometime report, sometime don’t report for a long time, it’s not being reported at a certain frequency, so the android system icon can’t refresh.
from the ril.txt logcat , you can see that the SIGNAL_STRENGTH don’t report from 10:29 to 10:36
