Q2698 - Network disconnection very frequent

Dear All,
I am finding a peculiar problem with Q2689 module, where when application is not running(wopen:0); module registers to the n/w and it will detects from the n/w next 10 seconds on its own; below are some of the captures available…

Kindly suggest…it tried all the n/w re-try commands such as AT+WBHV=9,1;at+COPS=0;AT+CREG=1…Uaually n/w should register on its own, but with Q2689 its stays without searching for n/w again.(n/w Flash LED : always ON)

Are you saying that the behaviour is different when an application is running?

But +CREG: 2 means that it is searching!

Have you tried using to AT+CCED to see what signal level and how many cells the device is seeing… :question:

Hi,

When the application is application is running, the behaviors is same ;

secondly +CREG:2, we just kept it for hours time, it did not connected to n/w

for AT+CCED, below is the response

at+cced=0,3
+CCED: 0,404,45,1122,00001000,13,61,32,0,255,404,45,ffff,0,59,7
