Q24 Extended doesn't start the aplication

Hello,

I am having a problem when I try to start the application on Q24 Extended. I do download the firmware, I reset and I install the plug-in wip smoothly. But when starting the application (at + wopen = 1) the Q24 me only returns the following message:

  • WIND: 13
    Starting System …

Can anyone help me?

Hi Lucas,
Which firmware you use? You can check with distributor to fix this problem.
