I gone through the module BC127 and came to know it supports HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, PBAP and SPP profiles of classic bluetooth. Can anybody let me know what are the profiles that BLE can support in this module.

BC127 support 3 BLE profiles - GAP, GATT and BC Smart Profile. Please refer to BC127 operation guide for details:

Is that just with the default GATT table? Is there a guide on setting a custom gatt table with BLE_SET_DB? The BC127 Melody BLE db gen doesn’t register as a valid DLL on 64-bit windows, OSX or any of the various linux distributions I’ve tried. Would you be willing to just post the source for it so we can recompile or port it?
