HL7810 FOTA problem

Hi everyone, I have HL7810 in version 5.4.10 and i would like to upgrade to the latest version I tried with “AirPrime - HL78xx - Firmware Over-The-Air Guidelines - Rev3.0.pdf” , but always failed. i registered the device in website.
