We have some toughbooks with no celullar, but when we download the driver package for sierra wireless modem for EM7455, it triggers a firmware update or configuring mobile broadband. We can see that right-under the screen when he is configuring. After the configuring the mobile broadband the card starts to work. We want to automate this on every ToughBook(500x).
It doesnt work when we package only the driver. It installs the latest driver, but we dont see the configuring mobile broadband service.
Is there a way to trigger this? Like a command for the fdt2 tool? or another software to trigger this? Now the user comes back and we need to do the whole thing again and again. We want to automate this.
