Missing kernel files in Release 16

Hi Jyijyi,
I have downloaded Release 16 “Linux Distro Source” from below link:
https://downloads.sierrawireless.com/AirPrime/WP76xx/Release16/Legato-Dist-Source-mdm9x28-SWI9X07Y_02.37.07.00.tar.bz2
But few microchip drivers files are missing in kernel folder. For example, drivers/net/phy/microchip.c and drivers/net/usb/lan78xx.c. Corresponding kernel config is removed as well. Why are they removed?.
I downloaded same Release-16 two months ago. These files were there.

I search in either WP76 yocto source of FW R13 or that of R16, I don’t see such files…
