MC8092 and GPS

Hi,

I’m working on an Linux embedded system (kernel 2.6.32.9) and I would use MC8092 with GPSD.
I succeeded communicate with MC8092 card thanks to minicom, but when I send “AT!GPSSTART=1,255,100,1000,1”, communication shut down after 10 seconds and I did not receive any NMEA frame.
I tryed to connect GPSD and MC8092 gps but it does not work.

Communication shut down after, I have to restart my board to re open a new communication.

How can I activate GPS ?
Where can I found list of AT command for GPS ?

Hi,

There is an Extended AT command guide for MC series where you can get GPS commands.Please contact to your FAE for the same.

Might be old firmware on the modules…

Post what firmware version you have now.
