MC7710 FSN(Factory Serial Number) problem

I bought a MC7710 module from eBay.i find the there are no FSN(Factory Serial Number) in the module when i test it . Anyone know how to write the FSN code by AT command port? and what’s the AT command for FSN?

The following is read from the MC7710 module:

I am wondering how you got the module via eBay.
We don’t know what exactly happened to the module. In this case I afraid we cannot support you.
