MC7455 MCC and MNC settings

Hi,

Is there anyway to manually change the MCC and MNC settings in the MC7455? Or would this be set in openwrt?

MCC (Mobile Country Code) and MNC (Mobile Network Code) are parameters of your mobile network, not a modem.
You surely mean something else.

These parameters can be set in Android. Why not through at commands or the skylight manager?

They can’t. All you can change is what is displayed, but that won’t change the real MCC and MNC of course.
