MC7455 lost IMEI after firmware upgrade

I have carried out a firmware update from version 02.33.03.00 to version 02.38.00.00 . After that, the original IMEI number was no longer displayed. I have downgraded to version 02.20.03.00 without success. LTE has also stopped working since then.
How can I restore the the orig. IMEI?

Didn’t it already operated in version 02.20.03.00?

Does LTE work in firmware version 02.38.00.00?

With the shipped Version 02.33.03.00 LTE was functional.
After upgrade to 02.38.00.00 only GSM/WCDMA band functional.
The downgrade to 02.20.03.00 had no effect (only GSM/WCDMA band).

then why don’t you go back to FW 02.33.03.00?

I have also tried versions 02.33.03.00, 02.30.01.01 and 02.24.05.06, but without success.

Did you connect the antenna?
I don’t see the signal strength

The antenna is connected.

can you go back to FW 02.33.03.00 and check the followings?

here says 3G network has been shutdown for Deutche Telekom:

Can you lock the module to LTE mode in AT!SELRAT command and check again AT!GSTATUS?

BTW, have you tried AT!RMARESET command to see if IMEI can be restored?

I now that GSM and UMTS is down. Thats the reason that i need LTE.
I have try selrate with any FW version with same result.

And yes i have also try AT!RMARESET .

it is strange that AT!SELRAT cannot set to LTE only…
did you try to set AT!BAND to have LTE band only?

Yes. The same.

This module has somehow been wiped clean.
It seems the module has lost the calibration data and other SKU information

If AT!RMARESET=1 or or AT!RMARESET=2 or AT!RMARESET=3 cannot recover, then I think this module needs to do RMA

All 3 commands have the same output

Where can I send it to?

you need to contact your distributor

OK. Thanks for the Support.
BTW: Your Documentation “EM-MC74xx AT Command Reference” is good.
