MC7354 Aux antenna

I’m trying to get the MC7354 Aux antenna to work, I can’t find related commands to enable/disable this feature.

With both antenna hooked up, I disconnect the Main antenna and I lose the cell signal

Makes sense. The diversity is only active on RX. By disconnecting the main antenna, you’ve killed your tx entirely.
