you can try the followings:

  1. open /home/test/workspace/WP7607_R17/yocto/poky/meta/recipes-core/glib-networking/glib-networking_2.62.4.bb

  2. in line 15, change it to

PACKAGECONFIG ??= "gnutls openssl"
