I can't register to OUR Private LTE network only using band 28

Hi All,

I am trying to connect HL7800EV board to the LTE network using band 28.
But, I can’t get into the network.
I’ve got only msg shows all of HL7800EV board has been failed connecting to the network.

did you check the debug log of your private network on why it failed to register network?
How about setting “IP” instead of “IPV4V6”?
Is your module OK to register public LTE Cat-M network?

Is ther any way to configure the HL7800 module to use Band 28 B range?
the freq. range of B is

  • Uplink Frequency: 718-748 MHz
  • Downlink Frequency: 773-803 MHz

didn’t you already set +KBNDCFG ?
You might also need to check +KSRAT.

Yes, it has been configured with +KBNDCFG=0,8000000, and there is a response of 0 to the +KSRAT command. I was wondering if there is a more in-depth method for setting the A/B range of Band28 frequency.
