I can't find driver for EM7355 under Windows 10 x64 LTSC

I have an industrial computer Ruggon Vulcan X Aseng-820 VX-501C-P in my hands. I installed the EM7355 modem on it. It appears in the device manager, but I can’t install it. I tried different combinations, downloaded the driver from here and tried different driver packs. I can’t install it… Help!!!
