A SL6087 module used in marine lanterns is used to transmit lantern status. Most of the time, the connection fails.

are you using PPP dial via UART?
can your host platform capture the wireshark log?
If no, you need to capture the raw binary and see what cause the problem.

Can your sim card register 2G network?
you need to take a 2G phone to verify the SIM card…
