how to update firmware

Does anyone have instrutctions on how to update the firmware? I need to update my MC7700 with source.sierrawireless.com/resou … d-,03_dip/

I have no idea how to do this. I have the watcher working but other than that I no nothing about how to begin to update the firmware other than download it.

Have a good day. Have you checked all related devices for that module (mc7700) from windows device manager ? Because that sierra firmware update tools does checking that related devices prior firmware update would go through.
