How to connect TLS over TCP where HL7810 is configured as Server and Host as a client. Is it possible scenario.?

I have one HL7810 module which I want to configure as a server and some other host should be configured as a client to send some data. Is it a possible scenario?
if yes, how it is possible and what and all interface or setup environment I will need.
