HL7812 using KMQTTCFG with ip address of mqtt broker

Am I allowed to connect to broker with KMQTTCFG using ipaddress in the section of the command instead of the url? For instance I want to host a broker on my computer and can only connect to it using ip address but when using it in kmqttcfg it does not have any affect? are their alternative commands that does this?

Hi @lsmtech,

According to page 330 of HL78xx AT Commands Interface Guide, server: String type which indicates the MQTT broker server. So you can not use the IP address in this case.
