Issue is intermittent, AT+KTCPCNX show error 910 even though sessions exist as is clear from AT+KTCPCFG?

  • ati
  • at+cgmr
  • at+cpin?
  • at+cops?
  • at+creg?
  • at+cereg?
  • at+ktcpcfg?
  • at+ktcpstat?

we are getting error on multiple units, all on version 4.6.9.4, is there any way to downgrade fw version? thank you

Re the downgrade yes you can down grade the unit to any of the previous versions although 4.6.9.4 which you are using should be fine.

So a few questions and things to try.

  • I see you are using it as a secure client? I presume there are a load of commands where you have loaded the secure keys before hand?
  • You are using a URL to get to the server, do you have an actual IP address?
  • How many characters is the URL?
  • What is the setting for the at+kcnxcfg command?
  • When you try to send the at+ktcpcnx command does the error come back immediately or take a second or two?
  • Have you tried connecting to something like port 80 on google.com to make sure you have generic access (assuming you are using an APN with internet access)?
