HL78 AT+CSODCP with no CP CIoT EPS optimization

Hello,
I am currently testing in NBIOT the sending of non-ip messages.
I have a problem when I configure my network in non “CP CIoT EPS optimization” mode.
When I send a message with the command “AT+CSODCP”, the HL78 does not take into account the mode without “CP CIoT EPS optimization” and always sends the messages as if “CP CIoT EPS optimization” was still activated.
Normally, it should do DRBs (S1-U data).

I have restarted the hl78 several times but without success.

Did I forget a command?

But this solution work if i set the “CP CIoT EPS optimization”.
With Amarisoft we check the case when “CP CIoT EPS optimization” are disabled, and it’s seem that the HL78 don’t use the DRBs as mentioned in the 3GPP 24.301 specification.
