Hello, I am using a device with the HL7688 in Portugal

apparently those are the frequency of the device but the device is not working here in Portugal. I am toallty lost, any Idea Why the device is not receiving signal? no GPS no GSM

Please connect to the module using USB or UART then open AT command. You need to check if band setting is correct to match with operator’s band by this command:
ATPSRDBS?
Then you may need to set band, i.e.
ATPSRDBS=1,4096 //to set LTE band 2
ATPSRDBS=1,16384 //to set LTE band 4
ATPSRDBS=1,32768 //to set LTE band 5
AT*PSRDBS=1,262144 //to set LTE band 17
You also need to check APN name by AT+CGDCONT? then correct the APN name.
