[HELP] MC7700 card locked

Hello everyone,
I don’t know if I’m in the right place, so if I make a mistake, let me know.

I have a Sierra Wireless MC7700 module that is locked, and I’m looking for advice or assistance on how to unlock it.

I’ve tried several methods to unlock it, but so far, I haven’t been able to find an effective solution. The module is responding only with Skylight connection manager and need a code to unlock it with a maximum of 255 attemtps.

I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide. Thank you in advance for your valuable assistance.

Do you have modem port in device manager?
If yes, please show the response of the followings:

On Windows it is not recognized like a Modem, I have MC7700 in Networks adapters and in USB devices, and the gps sensor in Sensor. So i dont have any com port. When I go on Linux, I can run some AT commands in the terminal and here are the results :

turbomind@turbomind:~ $ mmcli -m 1 --command=ATI3

It seems that some commands are unavailable due to the fact that the card is locked

you need to use minicom to open the serial port to enter those AT commands.

PH-NET PIN — MT is waiting for the network personalization password to be given
“PH-NET PIN” happens also when the module is SIM LOCK to an operator while this operator is not present in area of the module

In addition, “Volt:1” shows there is voltage problem (i.e.Voltage is outside operational limits)

Here is the result in minicom :

The AT!GOBIIMPREF? command still not work, but the entercnd one worked.
So, I dont clearly know what I need to do now. Do I need to give it a password ? But how do I get it and how do i give it ?

as said before, there are two issues:

  1. Voltage is outside operational limits
  2. the module is SIM LOCK to an operator while this operator is not present in area of the module
