GX440, GX450, RV50 XML query

All,

I have an application that reads XML / JSON. I’d like to be able to read some information from the following modems: GX440, GX450, and RV50. Is such functionality built into these modems, or is what I am looking for not possible?

I’d like to read cell strength, GPS location, and perhaps data counters remotely using my application.
