GPIO 44 on Q2687

Hi,
With my hardware(q2687) and 663e version I use gpio_44 for one LED. It works fine.

I upgraded to Oasis212 and R72a. When I use adl_ioGetCapabilitiesList ( … ); it shows that the gpio_44 is not FREE.
When I write to gpio_44 the modem boots.

What is gpio_44 used for in R72a? Can I disable some fiture in order to get access to gpio_44 ???

Hi!!

Just treat this GPIO as GPIO0.

Due to an update, Wavecom renamed the GPIO44 as GPIO0.

Apparently, the GPIO pin was intentionally renamed to be consistent for our common firmware integration of WMP100, Q2687 and Q2686. GPIO44 has been renamed to GPIO0 for Q2687.
If you do a at+whcnf=2,x (0 or 1 to turn on/off), then you should see GPIO0 becoming available or not. And viewable with at+wiom=2.
(remember to do a at+cfun=1 after the change).
