Getting MSID and MDN from EM755 Modem

The commands
AT$MDN? and AT$MSID? are returning NOT IMPLEMENTED when running Sprint firmware and connected to the Sprint network.

AT$MDN?
$MDN: NOT IMPLEMENTED
OK
AT$MSID?
$MSID: NOT IMPLEMENTED
OK

How can I obtain the MDN and MSID

AT+CIMI will get you the IMSI number and AT+CNUM will get you the MDN if the SIM has one.
