[FX30 Cat-M vs Cat-1] High difference of available RAM

We are comparing FX30 Cat-M (R14) and Cat-1 (EMEA) FX30, and just saw that the total of RAM is different (and so the available).
The Cat-1 has almost 30MB less of RAM than the Cat-M.

Is this a normal behavior?

Cat-1 RAM total: 163065856
Cat-M RAM total: 192270336

Cat-M and Cat-1 use two different types of chips, so there will be differences
for details you can refer to this document WP series, WP series
