We have an OpenAT app has normal data usage of about 1K/day when on 2G on SL808x & FX100. But the same app, when connected on 3G, has occasionally generated around 1M-10M/day! (Just got one that was in Burlingame, CA for 26MB). The TCP connection is torn down after each use, but the GPRS connection is kept up. I have no idea what’s going on. Can anyone help? I’m kinda desperate.

The data usage can come from GPS downloading, management service AirVantage, …
You can try to check and disable them.
